Do you have any other experience with staffing?: Arma milsim servers that i staffed in was the 75th ranger regiment, 5th BN for the Marines and one warhammer 40k unit
Why do you believe that you deserve staff? I believe that i deserve staff is due to my dedication to the server, since day one ive been striving to move within the community by taking the first step in commanding a battalion, i have learned over the years the value of leadership and the ability to uphold a strong foundational understanding of enforcing rules and leading by example to not only players but my peers over me. As long as i have played gmod i have experienced a significant amount of players that dont properly understand the role of staff or in a position of power, they abuse it and ruin the experience for others, i want to express an exmaple through my actions by showing this community equality among players by showing fair grounds to everyone wether right or wrong. This community deserves a group of staff members that can take care of its players and work hard to prevent any losses. Me being a staff member in Xtility will allow me to show the community that there is an rp server that players can and will enjoy, not only a fun place to enjoy a starwars dynamic play, but also to grow with the community as we progress, i think its about time that we finally make a home for players that cant seem to stay put because of other servers that neglect new comers or players that show strong roleplay talents and abilities to provide strong content for the community.

Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If a player is downright being extremly disrespectful without compromise they will unfortunately be removed by kick, a second offense would be a ban for a few hours, after the third offense its a ban for a week depending on the severity it can be perma ban
Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? i would individually consult with each of them seperately to resolve the issue by assessing the matter first and then collecting everyones story to conclude the next decision of the incident, depending on the severity will be brought up higher
