Do not attack friendly players. ONLY Inner Circle+ may execute personnel in their sectors, and only with a valid IC reason.
This server is serious RP-focused. All actions must be performed in-character (IC). Out-of-character (OOC) actions affecting IC gameplay will result in disciplinary action.
Standing, sitting, or climbing on players is FailRP, except for boosting purposes.
Failure to follow direct orders from higher-ranked players can result in arrest or disciplinary action.
Any form of discrimination, harassment, or racism is strictly prohibited and will result in a 14-day ban.
Post-Tactical Silence (PTS) must always be followed; only Inner Circle+ can break PTS with valid IC justification.
Tactical insertions may not be destroyed unless:
The player has disconnected.
The insertion is in a restricted area.
Tactical insertions are explicitly prohibited in that area.
Unauthorized use of alarms, consoles, or controls = 15-minute jail. Only Midshipman+ can authorize usage.
Casual conversation belongs in /OOC. /advert is strictly for orders, tryouts, DEFCON announcements, area claims, or event announcements.
2. Life System Rules
Every player has two lives, each with unique abilities and restrictions:

Additional Life Rules:
Sequential usage: Force Sensitive → Soldier
New Life Rule (NLR): Death erases 20–30 minutes of memory prior to death to prevent meta-gaming.
Life abuse (suicide, reckless behavior, intentional trolling) = FailRP / Staff Enforcement.
Players must act as if they have only one life remaining. Throwing away your life is considered FailRP.
3. FearRP Rules
Always assume you have only one life. Do not throw it away.
If you are outnumbered, do not engage in hostile action, unless NPCs, special units, or VIPs are involved.
Breaking FearRP rules = FailRP, punishable by arrest.
FearRP exemptions:
Black Operations
Naval Black Operations
Guardsmen
ExSquad
Event Jobs (GM discretion)
FearRP does not apply when escorting VIPs. VIP commands override FearRP until dismissed.
4. Combat & Ordnance Rules
Weapons may not be roleplayed as stun unless they are explicitly designed as a stun device.
Stripping weapons/comms is only allowed if the target surrenders or is fully surrounded. Rolls may be required.
Baton abuse (striking without intent to arrest) = arrestable offense.
Unauthorized use of grenades, explosives, or smoke = immediate arrest, unless used for simulations or events with valid IC reasoning.
Healing rules:
Cannot heal yourself in open combat; must be behind cover.
Healing another player requires both players in cover and not in immediate combat.
Tactical insertions must be placed on solid ground; no aerial placement.
Spamming or pressing elevator buttons while moving = FailRP / arrestable.
5. Arrest-On-Sight (AOS) Rules
SMB+ and equivalent can AOS with valid IC reason. Must advertise reason:
/advert AOS <Battalion> <Offender> | <Reason> | <Last known location>Shock Troopers may AOS any player with valid IC reason, regardless of rank.
Inner Circle+ cannot be AOSed; violations must be reported to staff or server leadership.
Security clearance violations = trespassing = AOS.
RAOS (Restrained Arrest On Sight) is allowed by CSM+ and equivalent with proper IC reason.
6. Claims & Tactical Insertions
SGT+ may claim Sim Rooms:

Maximum claim: 1 hour, cooldown 20 minutes unless authorized by Head Administrator+.
Unused claimed areas may be claimed by others.
Tactical insertion placement must follow the Sim Room claimant’s rules.
Special location claim restrictions:
Jagomir Base Main Hangar: Admiral+/Lieutenant General+/Emperor’s Hand+ only
Unknown Desert Planet, Hoth, ISD: SMB+ only
FFA (Free-For-All) combat is restricted to Sim Rooms and Citadel.
7. Naval Rules
Navy controls Star Destroyer & base operations.
Officers may eject or AOS players from naval areas for valid IC reasons.
Command Center: Security Clearance Level 6+ (High Command & Naval exempt).
Reactor Room: Security Clearance Level 4+ (Engineers & Shock exempt).
Only players with official pilot licenses may operate starships.
8. Bunk Rules
Only ISB & Naval may perform bunk checks.
Must obtain permission from the highest officer in the battalion.
Bunk checks may last no longer than 15 minutes.
Bunk check hosts may institute rules consistent with server regulations; violations = Disobeying Orders arrest.
Only Battalion Commander or Major General+ may cancel bunk checks.
9. Chat Rules
/comms– IC communication for all players./advert– Only for orders, tryouts, promotions, DEFCON, claiming areas, AOS/RAOS, or events./act&/actroll– RP outside local radius, during events, or certifications./OOCor/looc– strictly OOC; do not influence IC gameplay.No harassment, racism, spamming, or disrespect in any chat channel.
10. FailRP Examples
Standing/sitting on other players.
Using OOC knowledge IC (metagaming).
Jumping from extreme heights without roleplay justification.
Ignoring FearRP or tactical realism.
Healing in combat without cover.
Stripping weapons unfairly or baton abuse.
Misplacing tactical insertions or explosives.
Reckless life abuse.
